What we collect
Contact details you give us (name, email, phone), shipment details (cargo description, VIN, ports, vessel), and technical data needed to run the site, including a hashed form of your IP address used only to rate-limit tracking lookups.
Why we use it
To arrange and document carriage, clear customs, send you status updates you asked for, and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Carriers, port agents, customs brokers, and authorities where carriage or law requires it, plus the technology providers that host this site, our database, and our email delivery.
How long we keep it
Shipment records are kept for the period required by customs and tax law in the relevant jurisdictions, typically six to ten years. Rate-limiting records are short-lived.
Your rights
Under GDPR and similar laws you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, request a portable copy, and complain to your data protection authority. Email compliance@aixgrants.org to exercise any of these rights.
Email updates
Status emails are sent only for shipments you or our operations team linked to your address. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect essential documents.
Security
Access to shipment data is restricted by role. Tracking numbers are randomly generated so they cannot be guessed, VINs are masked on public pages, and lookups are rate-limited.
